Thriva is a wellness tracking and AI-powered insight platform designed to help women navigate the transition of menopause and perimenopause.

To use Thriva, you must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Thriva offers a premium subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the stated monthly or annual fees. Payments are processed via Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription term.

You agree not to:

• Share false health information or impersonate others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use Thriva for any illegal purposes or to promote unverified medical treatments.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.

Our community is a space for support and shared experience. We reserve the right to remove any content that is harmful, offensive, or constitutes medical misinformation. Respectful and supportive engagement is required.

Thriva and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Thriva Inc. Your personal symptom and health data belongs to you, though you grant us the limited license to process it to provide our services.

Thriva is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriva Inc. shall not be liable for any health decisions made or actions taken based on the insights provided by the platform.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
